Please keeps these details in mind before placing your order: 

 We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

When purchasing bundles/closures only please allow 7-12 business days to receive your order. 

 When purchasing wigs, please allow 7-21 business days as they are custom made to order and require more time to make.

 Processing times may vary when ordering during a sale, holiday or tax season due to high volume. However- I will send updates via email on if your order will be delayed. 

 Please note that during November - January shipments may be delayed due to the high volume of holiday package deliveries (holiday season etc) 

 

If you are looking to order a wig and you are not sure of what size to order or not sure how to measure your head-  please use this VIDEO to assist you! Thank you to THEHARELIFE for the tutorial! The biggest measurement that you will need is circumference and front to nap! 

 

Also, Our Wig options will sometimes become disabled due to me taking any time off (self care sis!) or emergencies. I will always give my dolls a heads up with reasonable time to make arrangements. It's important to be signed up for the newsletter to get those notices!  

 

REFUND POLICY

 In those unlikely events that you are not satisfied with your hair, you will be given the option to return your hair for a refund.  We offer a 14-CALENDAR day option to return your hair. The hair must be unused, unwashed, in its original color and still in it's original packaging with tags attached. If the hair is removed or appears to be either different hair or tampered with in ANY WAY the hair will not be accepted and sent back to you and no refund will be issued. Orders will not be refunded if it is not received in the time you expected. 

For any wig refund requests- we ask that you allow us to rectify your issue at least once, if still unsatisfied then we will issue refund. If there is a sizing issue, please ensure that you reach out to us promptly. 

 

If you would like a refund, please email us at loveleelifedesigns@gmail.com Put REFUND in the subject line and include your order number along with your reason for returning and we will promptly respond in 24- 48 hours.
